HTML6 - Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. HTML6 will never sell, rent, or share your personal information without your consent. Your data stays private.

By agreeing to this privacy notice, you allow us to process your personal data for specific purposes. If we ever need to collect sensitive data, we will explain why and how it will be used.

We handle personal data in compliance with the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).

The operator of this website, SC Ruwix Services SRL, a company registered in Romania, may share your data with third parties only under the terms outlined below.

What Data We Collect

We follow a "No Registration - No Login - No Download - No Installation" policy:

  • No Registration: Anyone can access the free demo of the HTML editor. If you choose to subscribe, the PayPal payment process will generate a unique web link (URL) for you to access your personal editor.
  • No Login: There's no username and password system. Your unique member link lets you access your editor from any device without logging in.
  • No Download: The website runs entirely in your browser. We never ask you to download or install any files on your device.
  • No Installation: HTML6 is a fully web-based tool that works without additional software.

Subscribers unlock premium features in the online HTML editor. According to our Terms and Conditions, members receive a custom link to access their dashboard.

Our checkout page collects email addresses, even if a visitor does not complete their purchase. PayPal also collects some personal data. Since we offer perpetual licenses, your data remains stored unless you request removal via our contact page. We periodically clean our database, but users who enter their email may receive follow-up emails even if they abandon checkout.

If you have any concerns about your stored data, you can contact us for assistance.

Data for Invoicing

To issue invoices, we must collect certain information as required by Romanian regulations:

  • Individuals: Name and address
  • Companies: Company name, address, and registration number (VAT ID if applicable)

Under Romanian law, we must print and store invoices and monthly account statements containing this information. Invoices are also uploaded to a government database, over which we have no control.

Data for General Use

Subscribers may contact us for support or general inquiries via email or our contact page. We maintain a subscriber database to verify account status and determine whether a user has an active membership.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies to track anonymous user statistics and store personalized page settings. These help improve your experience and manage subscriber access. Disabling cookies may affect functionality. A cookie notification appears in the footer of every page.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to gather anonymous visitor statistics. For more details, please review their Terms and Privacy Policy.

PayPal Online Payments

We use PayPal for secure online transactions. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your information.

As required by Romanian law, we must print and store monthly PayPal account statements containing subscriber details such as name, email, date, and payment information.

Licenses

Users can subscribe to premium features for a set period. After completing the PayPal payment process, subscribers receive a unique URL containing their identification code. We can access buyer details through PayPal.

Our services do not operate on a conventional subscription basis, as we do not automatically renew licenses or charge users on a recurring basis. When you purchase a license, you receive access for the specified period without any obligation or automatic renewal. At the end of the license term, you may choose to purchase a new license if you wish to continue using the service, but no further charges will be applied unless you actively make a new purchase. This ensures that you remain in full control of your payments and usage, without unexpected fees or ongoing commitments.

Saved Settings

Subscribers can save their settings and content, which is stored on our cloud server. Anyone with access to the custom license URL can see and edtit these settings. This is why sharing your license code violates our Privacy Policy. Users can choose not to save their documents if they prefer not to upload them to the server.

Once a license expires, saved settings and documents are permanently deleted and will not transfer to a new license, even if the previous one is still active.

To review your saved settings, open the editor using your license link and click "Load Saved Settings."

To keep your custom license link secure, follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid using your license link on untrusted computers that may contain viruses, trojans, or keyloggers.
  • Do not access your license link over public WiFi networks.
  • Clear your browser history after using the HTML editor.
  • Keep your license link private and do not share it with others.

Hosting

This website is hosted on a shared GoDaddy server in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. GoDaddy is responsible for storing site files and managing the database containing saved user data.

We use Standard UCC SSL encryption to secure information on the site.

Facebook Integration

Some pages on this website may display Facebook features such as the "Like" button, news feed, or other widgets. These embedded plugins, along with our Facebook page (HTML Coding), operate under the Facebook Terms and Policies.

Emails

We use a third-party Gmail (Google Mail) account for communication with subscribers. The same address is linked to our PayPal account: emailcim

Emails sent to this address are stored on Google’s servers. You can review Google's Privacy Policy here.

We can see the name and email addresses of senders who contact us via this email.

Email Addresses Collected During Checkout

Subscribers can provide their email on the checkout page to receive an automated email with their license code. Additionally, we have access to the email addresses linked to PayPal accounts of our subscribers.

Email addresses collected via contact forms or general inquiries may be used to send updates about our product.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email footer or by contacting us for manual removal.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We have taken steps to ensure that this website complies with GDPR regulations. However, HTML6 uses third-party services such as TinyMCE, CodeMirror, jQuery, Google Analytics, AdSense, GoDaddy Hosting, PayPal, and ANAF (Romania’s National Agency for Fiscal Administration). Since we do not control how these third parties handle data, visitors from the European Economic Area are advised to discontinue using this website if they have concerns.
